#1. We give peace of mind to our Landlords
We do understand that there is a reason Landlords are looking for our services, and that is to say most likely they just do not know how to do it themselves or simply do not want the hassle of it. We take it as a priority to eliminate any Landlord involvement and we really value their time and peace of mind around their investments, giving them freedom and luxury to not worry about running multi-lets to a high standard and in-line with all regulations
#2. We create welcoming and homely environment for our Tenants
We do not use any of those conventional “dos…” and “don’ts…” signs everywhere around the property; we do not charge any admin fees; we setup and decorate rooms nicely, creating homely atmosphere, with nice pictures and flowers; we maintain clean and healthy environment; we strive for all tenants to fit to each other by age group and personality; we also try to mix males and females; all our tenants are working professionals. We “shop” for quality and reliable tenants much harder than they do for our rooms. We also maintain constant communications with them, letting them know about any works, viewings, visits, etc – all thanks to our bespoke management system, which can really do wonders in this area
#3. We build quality relationships with people we work with
This is our team, contractors, partners, associates, friends… everyone. Building healthy culture based on mutual trust and loyalty can be challenging, especially with remote working and home-based office like in our case, but we strive to find ways to give back as much as we can and create great culture were people love working and growing and that they feel they make a difference and positive impact not only for others but for themselves and their families as well
#4. We cultivate strong spirit and positive way of thinking
This is big one. We commit to continuously grow personally by learning new strategies, skills, reading personal development books, attending courses and seminars for personal grows, working out, meditating, leading healthy life style, investing time with family and friends. We invest a lot in this area and it is way more than just business – this is life :) We also believe that nothing is impossible, the only real question is how much responsibilities we can take-in, whilst still maintaining happy and healthy relationships with our own mind and body
#5. We set high standards and we influence property industry
This is mainly doing the right thing, quickly and efficiently. Often we prefer to go a bit slower, but with much higher quality. We respond to tenants pretty much instantly, we fix things same or next day most of the time, we track maintenance and we stay on top of everything across all properties. Being able to see and manage the whole portfolio efficiently I think is our most valuable asset that we have created in this business so far. As for the influence, this is where our monthly networking events are coming into play – we strive to pass knowledge, be opened and show others how this can be done in a great and ethical way. We share freely and openly and we never hold on to any key knowledge or information that we know can greatly benefit others in the same business. We do not have competition as such, we have friends and partners instead. We help each other – there is enough for everyone. If someone can do great job, even better than we do – so be it! We are eager to help
#6. We do the math by adding humor :P…
Ok, this is all about being silly, having some fun and not taking things too seriously. If we find the right balance between work and play, then work itself becomes pretty enjoyable place to be. Some people want to retire young, stay cool and drive fancy cars. Well, we too have a dream to own a Rolls Royce one day, but we have no plans to retire, ever
#7. … and subtracting bs :O
This is where we get real, upfront and honest with ourselves and with others. We question everything, we try different options, we persist and eventually… it is all working out beautifully well ;) We are not here to maintain status quo, rather, to make a difference by delivering pure, tangible and massive value to our customers. This also reminds us about The Pot Roast Story which perfectly illustrates this idea
